Dressage Today Podcast: Michael Bragdell

Welcome to the September edition of the Dressage Today Podcast sponsored by Purina. With Dressage at Devon starting, Aviva and Stephanie talk about their experiences with the show. For “Ask the L,” Aviva answers a question about a horse jigging at the walk during a test. Then Stephanie talks to Hilltop Farm’s head trainer, Michael Bragdell.

Originally from Sweden, Michael Bragdell started at Hilltop Farm in 1995 where he is currently the head trainer. Over the years he has presented numerous stallions and hundreds of mares and foals at different breed registry inspections and breed shows. He is well-known for his success with young horses and has twice won the USEF Four-Year Old National Championship as well as three USDF Dressage Final Championships on horses he started. Michael is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist and is a USDF Certified Instructor through Fourth Level.
